While Marianne and Peter Greußing are enjoying their retirement, their son Christian and his partner Steffi have managed the Hirschen Spa Hotel since 2010. Christian is passionate about running the kitchen, and Steffi takes care of the service and reception. With son Louis and daughter Emilia, the next generation are already in training.

Our Head Chef Clemens Pfister, which is one young, talented chef, is cooking for you with his young team, whose can fulfil all of your culinary desires with passion.
